Gaza City, Sept. 28 -- Hamas's military wing, the Izzadin al-Qassam Brigades, said on Sunday it had lost communication with the unit guarding two Israeli hostages amid the IDF's intensified offensive in Gaza.
Issuing a statement, the terror group claimed that it lost contact with the al-Qassam Brigades in the past 48 hours in the wake of the "barbaric military operations", and demanded that the Israeli military "immediately retreat to the south of Street 8 and stop air sorties for 24 hours starting at 18:00 this evening" so it could attempt to locate the captives, as per Jerusalem Post.
