Chennai, Nov. 26 -- Already at loggerheads over a host of issues including delay grantingassent to Bills, Chief Minister and DMK President M K Stalin on Wednesday upped his antelaunching a broadside against Governor RN Ravi for calling Tamil Nadu as a fertile groundfor extremism and retorted that his hubris and arrogance have to be put down.
"This person has been appointed Governor with the sole aim to deter the development ofTamil Nadu", the Chief Minister fumed at a Government function in Erode, where he inauguratedcompleted development projects and laid the foundation for others besides distributing welfareassistance to beneficiaries.
