Imphal, Dec. 5 -- Governor of Manipur, Ajay Kumar Bhalla, on Friday underscored the enduring cultural legacy and artistic heritage of the State while addressing the Presentation Ceremony of the Manipur State Kala Akademi Awards 2023 and 2024 held at the Jawaharlal Nehru Manipur Dance Akademi, Imphal.
