Kolkata, Jan. 26 -- West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar on Sunday stressed on the need for settling all issues as per Constitution, while Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee called for taking a pledge to protect Constitution.

On the occasion of 71st Republic Day, Mr Dhankhar talking to his Twitter handle said, " All issues need to be settled as per our Constitution. "
