Hyderabad, Oct. 28 -- Telangana BJP President N Ramchander Rao today alleged that there was a spurt in " Gun culture" as the Congress government has failed to take measures to maintain law and order in the state.
Citing recent incidents of stabbing to death of a constable on duty by a rowdysheeter in Nizamabad, shooting at a 'Gowrakshak' (Cow protector) and attack on police near Chadarghat area in the city, Rao alleged that law and order situation was deteriorating day by day and the government is not able to give protection to even policemen.
