Patna, Sept. 22 -- Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today said the revised GST regime is projected to contribute positively to the country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

In his social media post, Kumar said that on the auspicious first day of Navratri, the revised Goods and Services Tax (GST) rates have come into force across the country. By lowering the cost of essential goods and encouraging higher consumption, the revised GST regime is projected to contribute positively to the country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
