Bhubaneswar, Dec. 26 -- Reaffirming its commitment towards green energy usage in future and to meet the increasing demand of RE compliance, GEDCOL SAIL Power Corporation Limited (GSPCL), a Joint Venture Company of GEDCOL and SAIL, is establishing a 10 MW Small Hydro Electric Project at Mandira Dam, in Sundergarha district.
In this connection, GSPCL and SAIL have signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) on December 24, 2025, official sources said here on Friday.
