Hyderabad, March 29 -- In a big shock to the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) ahead of Lok Sabha elections, Greater Hyderabad Municipal corporation (HHMC) Mayor Gadwal Vijayalaxmi to join the ruling Congress here on Saturday evening.
Vijayalaxmi, daughter of BRS General Secretary K. Keshav Rao, will be Joining Indian National Congress Party in the presence of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and AICC in charge Deepa Das Munsh at Mayor Camp Office, Banjara Hills in the city.
Along with Vijaya Laxmi, some of the GHMC corporators are also expected to join the ruling party tomorrow.
According to party sources, if BRS MLA Danam nagender who too joined the ruling Congress party recently, wins the Secunderabad Lok Sabha Seat in the upcoming elections...
