Dharamshala, Dec. 23 -- The Kangra Valley Carnival will commence with a grand procession on December 24, with Himachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri attending as the chief guest.
Deputy Commissioner Kangra Hemraj Bairwa said that after prayers at the Hanuman Temple, Kacheri Adda, at 3 pm, a colourful procession will be taken out up to the Police Ground, featuring cultural troupes from across the state and outside, along with local residents of Dharamshala.
He said the Kangra Valley Carnival is being organised by the district administration from December 24 to 31, 2025, at the Police Ground, Dharamshala, with the aim of showcasing the district's rich cultural heritage, folk arts, tourism potential and local talent at the n...
