Hyderabad, April 6 -- Sri Rama Navami, commemorating the birth of Lord Rama, was celebrated with great religious fervour at the historic 17th-century Sri Seetha Ramachandra Swamy Temple in Bhadrachalam, Bhadradri Kothagudem district, on Sunday.

On this auspicious occasion, the celestial wedding (Sitarama Kalyanam) was performed, celebrating the divine union of Lord Rama, an incarnation of Lord Vishnu, and Goddess Sita. The day began with early morning rituals such as Thiruvaradhana, Mangala Sasanam, and Abhishekam in the main temple.
