Panaji, Jan. 14 -- Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Tuesday said that the state government will soon come up with a tourism policy after taking into stakeholders into confidence.

Speaking at a function organised to launch a travel magazine in the city, he said,"We have to finalise tourist policy for coming seasons. We will consult all stakeholders, we will take their ideas... We will take all people onboard and finalise new policy soon which will help in coming seasons."

Admitting to a dip in tourist arrivals for the ongoing season, the Chief Minister said the number of footfalls would go up if collective efforts were made by all stakeholders.
