New Delhi, Nov. 13 -- Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Thursday said the Delhi Transport Corporation will soon resume its bus services connecting the national Capital with the adjoining cities in the Nation Capital Region (NCR).

Gupta along with Delhi's transport minister Dr Pankaj Kumar Singh on Thursday flagged off three inter-state electric buses bound for Sonipat, Haryana, from the Maharana Pratap Inter-State Bus Terminal, Kashmere Gate.

Speaking on the occasion, CM said the government is reviving those inter-state bus services that had been discontinued several years ago.

She said this initiative will provide citizens with accessible and convenient public transport options, reduce traffic congestion, and also help curb pollution.
