New Delhi, Oct. 22 -- The Central Government has issued a gazette notification providing details of the valiant tales of Defence personnel who were honoured with gallantry award citations for displaying extraordinary courage and bravery in defending the country during various operations, including Operation Sindoor.
In the weekly notification, from October 4 to 10, the bravery of the warriors who forced Pakistan to surrender during Operation Sindoor has been highlighted.
The gallantry award citations included in the gazette are mainly of Indian Air Force and Indian Army personnel.
