Ranchi, May 6 -- Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Tuesday levelled serious allegations against the Central government, claiming it had prior intelligence about a terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir, following which Prime Minister Narendra Modi cancelled his visit to the Union Territory.
Addressing the Samvidhan Bachao (Save Constitution) rally here, Kharge said, "When the intelligence agencies had expressed a fear of a terrorist attack and after this information, the Prime Minister cancelled his Kashmir visit, then why did the government not alert everyone about it?"
