Ranchi, Nov. 1 -- State's Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, and Cooperation Minister Shilpi Neha Tirkey today stated that the state government is committed to standing with farmers affected by the recent Montha cyclone, which caused widespread crop damage across several districts.
Responding swiftly to reports of paddy crop losses, Tirkey visited Rampur village under Jiyakhara Panchayat in Sarwan block of Deoghar district to personally assess the situation. During her visit, she interacted with affected farmers and reviewed the extent of damage in their fields.
