New Delhi, Nov. 24 -- To boost the lab infrastructure for quantum computing, union Minister Jitendra Singh today announced funds to the tune of Rs 720 crores to set up four lab facilities under the National Quantum Mission (NQM).

The minister highlighted that these state-of-the-art fabrication facilities will be set up at IIT Bombay, IISc Bengaluru, IIT Kanpur and IIT Delhi. He made this announcement during his visit to IIT Bombay.
