Ranchi, March 17 -- Jharkhand Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar on Monday said that agricultural universities must ensure that their research reaches farmers' fields and helps solve real agricultural challenges.

Addressing the closing ceremony of the AgroTech Kisan Mela-2026 at Birsa Agricultural University in Ranchi, the Governor emphasised that scientists should directly interact with farmers and work towards practical solutions to their problems.
