Ranchi, Sept. 23 -- Governor of Jharkhand, Santosh Kumar Gangwar, paid tribute to the leader of the Jharkhand movement and social reformer, Late Binod Bihari Mahato, on his birth anniversary at the Binod Bihari Mahato Vistapit Stadium, Bokaro.

Addressing the 'Pushpanjali Sabha,' the Governor described Mahato life as a saga of struggle, dedication, and service.

He said, "Mahato worked tirelessly for social justice and equality, giving voice to the deprived, oppressed, and backward classes."The Governor recalled that Mahato considered education as the true strength of society and inspired youth with his call to Study and Struggle.

Gangwar emphasized that Mahato ideology continues to serve as a guiding light for the younger generation.
