Imphal, Oct. 27 -- Gursharan Singh, Head of Project, NHPC Ltd., who was recently appointed as General Manager (Electrical), called on the Governor of Manipur, Ajay Kumar Bhalla, at Raj Bhavan, here today.
During the meeting, Singh briefed the Governor on various operational challenges faced by the Loktak Hydroelectric Project, particularly the transportation difficulties of large equipment required for renovation works.
