Ranchi, Nov. 26 -- On Constitution Day, Jharkhand Governor and Chancellor of state universities, Santosh Kumar Gangwar, led the collective reading of the Preamble of the Indian Constitution during the convocation ceremony of Kolhan University, Chaibasa, on Wednesday.
University officials, faculty members, graduating students, research scholars, guests, and district administration officers were present.
