Shimla, Aug. 16 -- Governor, Shiv Pratap Shukla today, urged the people of Theog to take a leading role in the fight against drug abuse, stressing that a drug-free society was essential for building a prosperous Himachal Pradesh.
He was addressing a gathering on the occasion of Theog Day.
