Imphal, March 8 -- Manipur government has started plying special bus services from Imphal Airport from Saturday as directed by the Union Home Minister Amit Shah to clear all roads.
Empty buses travelled on the highways and as the buses reached Kangpokpi, various persons came out to block the vehicles. Security personnel confronted the protestors and the vehicles moved.
Meanwhile, supporting the announcement of the Union Home Minister various persons came out under the aegis of Federation of Civil Society Organisations (FOCS) to drive vehicles on Imphal to Senapati highway which were cheered in the valley areas however it was stopped from entering Kangpokpi district by security personnel as various Kuki organizations have announced to sto...
