Ranchi, Sept. 28 -- On the auspicious occasion of Navratri, the Jharkhand government has announced a major incentive for dairy producers, releasing Rs 16 crore towards pending payments.
According to Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Cooperation Minister Shilpi Neha Tirkey, the department has cleared incentive dues for the period between April 2025 and August 2025. The amount, released under the scheme that provides Rs 5 per litre of milk as incentive, will now be credited directly into the bank accounts of producers.
