Nashik, Aug. 8 -- A goods train coach derailed near Nandgaon railway station this morning, disrupting traffic to Mumbai.
The incident took place near Nandgaon yard at 7 am. The coaches of the goods train derailed on the main up line.
A team of railway officials and employees reached the spot and were working on removing the coaches. A repair vehicle and a technical team arrived from Manmad.
Due to this, the Rajdhani Express, Dhule Dadar MEMU trains have been delayed. The transport of cement was going on in the goods train. This goods train was going towards Daund. The work of lifting the derailed coach of the freight train is going on a war footing.
