Ulaanbaatar, June 18 -- Mongolia's new government, formed by newly appointed Prime Minister Gombojav Zandanshatar, was officially sworn in on Wednesday at the State Palace.
Gombojav Zandanshatar was appointed as Mongolia's Prime Minister at the proposal of the ruling Mongolian People's Party (MPP) on June 13.
On Tuesday, the ruling MPP, the Hun Party and the Civil Will-Green Party agreed to form a joint government comprising a prime minister, 19 ministers, and 16 ministries.
Among them, 16 ministers are from the MPP, two ministers are from the Hun Party, and the remaining one is from the Civil Will-Green Party. Zandanshatar retained some ministers from the previous government. UNI/XINHUA ANV SSP
