Bengaluru, Dec. 27 -- The Bharatiya Janata Party on Saturday said that former Prime Minister H D Deve Gowda's decision for the Janata Dal (Secular) to contest local body elections independently has not caused any confusion within the BJP and should be seen as a routine political choice linked to grassroots-level dynamics.
