Panaji/New Delhi, Dec. 8 -- Two accused men in the deadly fire at the Goa nightclub have fled to Thailand, even as the fifth arrest was made in connection with the tragedy, police said on Monday.
Investigators claimed that the two accused - Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra - fled the country immediately after the incident.
The cops found that the duo boarded a flight to Phuket, Thailand, in the early hours of Sunday, soon after the fire started around midnight. A Look Out Circular (LOC) has been issued against them.
The security forces are maintaining constant contact with the Interpol division of the CBI to trace the fugitives and bring them back to the country.
