Hyderabad, Aug. 18 -- GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited (GHIAL), operator of Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA), has unveiled Virtual Information Kiosks (VIK) and interactive terminal maps as part of its digital transformation initiative to provide passengers with a seamless travel experience.
A statement on Monday said, ten kiosks have been installed across check-in halls, boarding gates, arrivals, and baggage claim areas. These offer real-time flight updates, 3D navigation, Wi-Fi access for international travelers, emergency support, and instant feedback options. The kiosks are powered by a centralized system to ensure consistent and accurate information delivery.
