Accra, Nov. 27 -- The government of Ghana appointed an 11-member ministerial oversight committee to guide preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Chief of Staff Julius Debrah inaugurated the committee and instructed its members to ensure Ghana's investment and tourism potential are well showcased during the tournament.
The committee, chaired by Ghana Football Association President Kurt Okraku, is tasked with providing strategic leadership and coordinating work across ministries as the Black Stars prepare for their fifth World Cup appearance.
