Washington, Dec. 30 -- : George Clooney, his wife Amal Clooney, and their eight-year-old twins, Alexander and Ella, have officially become French citizens. Legal documents obtained by a French newspaper confirm that the entire Clooney family was included in the naturalisation order, People, the weekly magazine, reports.
The 64-year-old actor has often spoken about his family life in Europe. In a past interview with Esquire, Clooney reflected on living on a farm in France with Amal and their children. He admitted that, although he did not enjoy farm life as a child, his perspective has changed now that he is a parent.
