Bhubaneswar, Dec. 4 -- The Global Energy Leaders' Summit (GELS) 2025, set to commence this Friday, will serve as "a COP for India's energy sector," providing a high-level platform for states to share best practices, adopt innovation-driven strategies, and strengthen cooperative and competitive federalism, said Odisha Deputy Chief Minister K.V. Singh Deo.
Addressing the media on Thursday, Singh Deo highlighted that the summit is modeled after the annual global COP, designed to facilitate meaningful engagement among leaders in the energy sector.
