Bengaluru, July 11 -- Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in India are undergoing a seismic shift from being cost-optimisation back offices to becoming strategic hubs for revenue generation and product innovation, said Anuj Agarwal, founder and CEO of Workplace Awards, as he unveiled what he termed the "GCC 4.0" transformation model.
