Sitapur (UP), Sept. 29 -- Sanjay Yadav, the prime accused in the murder of a businessman in Lucknow's Gudamba area, was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Sitapur district today, police said.
His body, bearing multiple signs of brutal assault, was discovered early in the morning near the roadside bushes in Neelgaon under the Sidhauli police station limits.
According to police, Yadav's body showed several severe injury marks, and in a particularly gruesome detail, his toenails had been forcefully removed.
A motorcycle found near the body helped in confirming his identity as Sanjay Yadav, a resident of Bakshi Ka Talab in Lucknow.
