Mumbai, Dec. 13 -- Gangster Anmol Bishnoi, who was recently extradited from the United States to India, will not be handed over to any police force or investigating agency for the next one year.

The union Home Ministry has issued strict orders prohibiting any state police or central agency from taking his custody during this period.

As per the ministry's directive, any agency seeking to question Bishnoi will have to conduct the interrogation within the premises of Delhi's Tihar Jail. No physical transfer of custody to any investigating authority will be permitted.
