Kakinada, July 17 -- The city Ganesh festival committee at its meeting held at Bhogi Ganapati Peetham conference hall here on Thursday has decided to celebrate the Ganesh Navarathri celebrations from August 27 to September 4.
Dusarlapudi Ramanaraju honorary president has presided. It has decided to constitute four zonal committees for the Kakinada city with Yenimireddi Malakondaiah as the president and for Kakinada rural each village should have a committee to organise the celebrations on a grand scale.
The committee also decided to constitute Ganesh festival organising committees in all the Assembly constituencies.
