Chennai, Aug. 18 -- City-based standalone health insurer Galaxy Health Insurance today said it has inked a strategic partnership with Round Table India to spread health insurance across the country.

The Round Table India is a non-profit organisation with a presence across 135 cities, is known for its sustainable community development and service-led initiatives.

With insurance penetration still low and nearly 400 million citizens either uninsured or underinsured, the partnership aims to address an urgent national need, Galaxy Insurance said.
