Patna, May 13 -- Firebrand Congress leader Kanhaiya Kumar on Tuesday alleged that the Nitish Kumar government had spent funds allocated for SC and ST students, on the construction of roads and bridges in Bihar.
Kumar told media persons here that the overall education scenario in Bihar was pathetic as there was no degree College in 358 blocks of Bihar, while the shortage of teachers in both colleges and schools of the state was a well-known fact.
