New Delhi, Sept. 11 -- Home Minister Amit Shah will today inaugurate the Fast Track Immigration-Trusted Traveller Programme (FTI-TTP) at Lucknow, Thiruvananthapuram, Trichy, Calicut, and Amritsar airports via video conferencing.
FTI-TTP is a major move to modernize and streamline immigration processes, rolled out by the government for Indian citizens and foreign nationals holding the Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card.
The initiative is spearheaded by the Bureau of Immigration under the Ministry of Home Affairs.
