Keylong, Jan. 15 -- The Lahaul Spiti district administration in Himachal Pradesh has issued a stringent advisory cautioning tourists and local residents against venturing near frozen riverbanks, particularly along the Chandra and the Bhaga rivers, warning that such acts pose a grave threat to life during the harsh winter months.
The advisory was issued after a recent video surfaced on social media showing two tourists making a narrow escape after approaching the edge of a frozen river.
