Patna, Oct. 31 -- The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) today released its manifesto for the ongoing Bihar Assembly elections, pledging one crore jobs for the state's youth and a series of welfare and development measures for various sections of society over the next five years, if voted to power.

The manifesto was unveiled in the presence of top leaders, including Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, BJP president J.P. Nadda, JD(U) working president Sanjay Jha, HAM patron Jitan Ram Manjhi, LJP(RV) president Chirag Paswan, and RLM president Upendra Kushwaha, three days after the Grand Alliance released its own manifesto.
