Paris, Aug. 23 -- French postal service La Poste and Finland's Posti announced the suspension of parcel shipments to the United States amid changes to customs procedures made by the administration of US President Donald Trump.
On July 30, Trump signed an executive order ending duty-free de minimis treatment for commercial shipments valued at up to USD 800 from all countries starting August 29.
"La Poste confirms that it has to temporarily suspend the shipment of parcels to the United States from August 25," the company said.
