Thiruvananthapuram, July 30 -- To promote innovation and entrepreneurship among students, the Kerala government is establishing 'Freedom Squares' in all 14 districts under the Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM).
These state-of-the-art hubs-modeled on Apple's iconic headquarters in California-are designed to foster a vibrant culture of creativity, collaboration, and idea generation without disrupting academic pursuits.
By blending academic learning with hands-on innovation, design thinking, and industry engagement, the Freedom Squares aim to nurture a new generation of student entrepreneurs and shift the focus away from traditional learning models.
