Imphal, Oct. 25 -- In a series of counter-insurgency operations across Manipur, security forces and Manipur Police apprehended four active cadres belonging to different proscribed outfits and seized a large consignment of betel nuts during a joint operation with customs officials.
In the first operation, security forces arrested an active cadre of the Revolutionary People's Front/People's Liberation Army (RPF/PLA), identified as Sanjit from Imphal West district. Police apprehended him yesterday.
