Amroha, Dec. 4 -- Four MBBS Doctors lost their lives after a speeding Swift Dzire car crashed into a stationary DCM truck on the Delhi- Lucknow National Highway near Atarasi village, just 7 kms from Shri Venkateshwara University in Gajraula, police said on Thursday.
According to eyewitnesses, the DCM truck loaded with foam mattresses was parked along the highway when, around 10:30 pm on Wednesday, the car slammed into it at high speed. The collision was so severe that the front portion of the car was completely lodged inside the truck. A tractor had to be used to pull the vehicles apart, after which police cut through the mangled remains with a gas cutter to retrieve the bodies.
