Patna, March 28 -- Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary said that the 4-Lane greenfield and brownfield Patna-Arrah-Sasaram corridor (NH-119A) (120.10 km) to be constructed at an expenditure of Rs 3,712 crore would accelerate the pace of industrialisation, commercial, and general transportation activities by improving connectivity in Bihar.

Welcoming the decision of the central government to construct this four-lane corridor, Chaudhary said here on Friday that it would strengthen the basic infrastructure of Bihar by connecting 5 National Highways and 4 state Highways.
