Mogadishu, April 23 -- Four people, including three children, have been killed and nearly 30,000 others impacted by flash floods caused by moderate to heavy rains in Somalia over the last week, the United Nations relief agency has reported. The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) said two children and a woman died in the Iskushuban district of Bari region, while a 12-year-old girl lost her life in the Baidoa city of South West State. "The rains, marking delayed start to the Gu (April to June) main rainy season, have been particularly heavy in Puntland and South West States.
