Narasaraopet (Andhra), May 13 -- Four agriculture workers were killed and three others were injured when a mini-transport vehicle in which they were travelling collided with a lorry at Sivapuram village of Vinukonda mandal in Palnadu district on Tuesday.
Police said that seven workers were going to an agriculture field to harvest the papaya crop. The mini-transport vehicle collided with a lorry killing Pagadala Subbamma, Ramana Reddy, Bottu Ankamma and Bottu Ramanji. The mini-transport vehicle driver Kadiri Nageswara Rao, Pagadala Shivamma and Kanneboina Nagalakshmi were injured and they were admitted to the Vinukonda government hospital.
