Lucknow, Dec. 18 -- A four-day winter session of the Uttar Pradesh Legislature will commence on Friday. The session is expected to be hectic with Opposition likely to raise several issues, including Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, pollution, law & order and corruption.
The Opposition has already objected to holding such a small session and has demanded its extension for holding debates on some important issues.
The government is slated to hold a special discission on 150th anniversary of ' Vande Mataram'. On December 22, the Yogi Adityanath government will table the first supplementary Budget proposals for the current fiscal.
