Hyderabad, April 12 -- The 14-week Foundation Course for 55 Military Engineer Services (MES) Officers, sponsored by the College of Military Engineering (CME), Pune, and conducted by Dr MCR HRD Institute of Telangana, concluded on Saturday.
Shashank Goel, Director General of the Institute and Special Chief Secretary to the Government of Telangana, who graced the valedictory session as the Chief Guest, highlighted the evolving role of MES officers in national defence. "Your responsibilities extend beyond traditional engineering tasks. You are expected to be agents of change-driving innovation and applying managerial acumen to ensure the nation's defense infrastructure remains robust and future-ready," he remarked.
