Lucknow, Oct. 31 -- Former MLC and General Secretary of the Former Legislators and Legislative Council Members Welfare Society, Siraj Mehdi, has written a letter to the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath urging him to take immediate action on the commitments made to former legislators during their meeting held on 14 September 2025.
In his letter sent today, Mehdi reminded the Chief Minister that the discussions between the Welfare Society and the CM had taken place in a very cordial and positive atmosphere, during which several key demands were accepted and others were referred for consideration to Finance and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Khanna.
